Return and Refund Policy

No returns will be accepted without an RA (Return Authorization) number printed on the outside of the return shipping box, along with a copy of the original sales invoice enclosed with the returned products. 

Furman merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase. We do not issue credit for shipping and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Returned items must be in undamaged condition and returned in their original packaging, including all manuals, documentation, hardware and other included components. No returns will be accepted without an RA (Return Authorization) number printed on the outside of the return shipping box, along with a copy of the original Nice sales invoice enclosed with the returned products. Customers are responsible for the return freight. To obtain an RA number please call our Technical Service Department at (760) 438-7000, Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 4:00pm PST.

 

Nice will ship domestic warranty Replacement RA’s as necessary via ground freight. International customers with RA replacement needs will be responsible for international freight and duty charges from Nice to their location.
