The Furman RS-1 is a Maintained Contact Remote Control Panel that provides simple and secure control of your AC power system from a single, remote location. Designed for an attractive and easy installation in any standard single-gang wall box, the RS-1 uses inexpensive low-voltage wiring to operate any Furman power product with remote capability, including the CN-1800S, CN-2400S, CN-15MP, CN-20MP, ASD-120 2.0, M-8S  and CN-3600SE as well as many legacy furman sequencers. This unit features a two-position, maintained-contact locking key switch for reliable on/off operation and a "System On" indicator LED for clear status monitoring. The RS-1 is the ideal solution for installations that require a dedicated, key-operated remote switch for system control.  Ideal for single  on/off remote location. Description

The panel can be easily installed in a single gang switchbox with a minimum depth of 1.5”. Features include a locking key switch and a ”System On” indicator LED. The RS-1 has a maintained contact ”Start ON/OFF Sequence” push-button. The rear of the panel has a circuit board with a full size barrier strip for field wiring connections.

 

The RS-1 can be used to control the Furman ASD-120 Sequenced Power Distributor, the Power Link, Power Port, Remote AC Controller, the MiniPort Power Relay series, or the PS-8R, PS-8R II or PS-PRO II Power Sequencers, as well as other equipment that needs a switch contact at a remote location.
